The team reviewed and monitored monthly billings and contractor pay applications, while also overseeing construction milestones, schedule adherence, quality control, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities further included tracking permitting and inspection requirements, as well as collecting, reviewing, and organizing all project close out documentation to ensure a complete and orderly turnover.
