Originally opened in 2012 with a sleek, contemporary design, Harmon Corner is now undergoing a significant ground-up renovation to enhance functionality and tenant flexibility. Upgrades include newly optimized suite layouts on both the street level and elevated pedestrian walkway. Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided comprehensive Owner’s Representative services throughout the upgrade and renovation project, overseeing stakeholder coordination, project management services, and on site inspection with verification of construction progress. The team reviewed and monitored monthly billings and contractor pay applications, while also overseeing construction milestones, schedule adherence, quality control, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities further included tracking permitting and inspection requirements, as well as collecting, reviewing, and organizing all project close out documentation to ensure a complete and orderly turnover.
