Project Description

The Client is one of the largest manufacturers of professional hand and power tools in the world, serving the industry, vehicle service and assembly, aerospace, electronics, construction, and serious DIY markets. They work collaboratively with distributors, retailers and large customers across the globe to make sure end users have the tools they need to solve real-world problems. The goal of this project was to provide a new distribution center to the southwest region to expand the company’s operations in this area.

Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided Project Management services for a new 131,000 sf Warehouse and Office location in Goodyear, AZ. The approximately 128,000sf warehouse space consists of a Trucker’s Lounge, Racking, Forklift Charging Stations, and future Conveyor System. The space has been outfitted with an air conditioning system to keep the warehouse cooler in the hot climate. The about 3,000 sf office area has a Conference Room, Private Office, Open Office area, Break Room, and Restrooms.
