Market Creations is an upscale restaurant with multiple locations in the Chicago Loop. In collaboration with Avison Young, Strategic Project Advisors LLC was the lead project management firm for this 2,945 square foot unique buffet style food outlet. The scope of work included buffet serving area, point of sale stations, open deck with baffle ceilings and clouds, lighting focused on the food product, a full kitchen including equipment and brand specific signage.
