In collaboration with Avison Young, Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided Project Management services for their 80,000 sf Plant and Office relocation in Elk Grove Village, IL.  The Office portion consisted of approximately 20,000 sf on a 2 story mezzanine.  The Plant portion of approximately 60,000 sf consists of Plant Production offices, machining and assembly, warehouse storage and future expansion.
