Strategic Project Advisors LLC in collaboration with the Seismic Group provided Project Management services for their ground up 207,000 sf food production facility in East Chicago, Indiana. The project consisted of 24,000 sf Office & Employee Welfare area, Production area, Coolers and Freezer Warehouse, Dry and Cold Docks, and supporting spaces typically associated with a food production facility. Completion date is December 1, 2025.

This facility represents a major investment in regional food manufacturing and job creation.
