Lakeshore Beverage is a Chicagoland beverage distributor that’s deeply passionate about beer, cider, spirits, and wine. From long before the sun rises to well after it sets, they are hard at work supplying Chicago and its surrounding suburbs with beverages from the world’s best producers. Whether it’s a cold Bud or a hoppy new IPA, an old favorite spirit, a local, artisanal cider, or a non-alcoholic brand that’s been backed by years of quality – they have a little bit of something for everyone.

The project is an approximately 93,000 square feet expansion of the existing warehouse including building, parking and site work.  The building façade is designed to complement the existing masonry façade.  Once completed, the client will realize efficiencies in the storage and distribution of their beverage brands.  Completion is scheduled for 2024.
