Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided Project Management services for their 130,000 sf Presort Facility in West Sacramento, California.  The Office portion consisted of approximately 8,000 sf which included reception, open office workstations, private offices, conference room, break room, and other supporting spaces.  The Operations area included mail pre-sorting equipment, storage, etc.
