Designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment, the home will focus on supporting individuals across the Chicagoland area, with particular emphasis on the underserved counties of Cook, Kane, DuPage, McHenry, and Lake.

Strategic Project Advisors guided the development from procurement through execution, ensuring that the project met its ambitious goals in sustainability, safety, and community impact. Situated on a serene three-acre lot, the 12-bedroom residence is being constructed using repurposed shipping containers, a sustainable, cost-effective solution that reduces environmental impact while accelerating the building timeline.

The home features thoughtfully designed living spaces, a welcoming exterior with traditional roofing and siding, professionally landscaped grounds, full perimeter fencing, and security systems to ensure resident safety.
