The latest development phase introduces a two story, ground up expansion totaling more than 22,000 square feet of additional retail and office space. Designed as a build to suit structure, the new building features two articulated wings that accommodate a variety of tenant types and support the continued growth and long term vitality of Festival Plaza. The expansion strengthens the center’s position as a dynamic, community focused retail destination.

Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided comprehensive Owner’s Representative services throughout the upgrade and renovation project, overseeing stakeholder coordination, project management services, and on site inspection with verification of construction progress. The team reviewed and monitored monthly billings and contractor pay applications, while also overseeing construction milestones, schedule adherence, quality control, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities further included tracking permitting and inspection requirements, as well as collecting, reviewing, and organizing all project close out documentation to ensure a complete and orderly turnover.
