Rialto Festival Plaza
Project Description
Festival Plaza is a prominent retail destination along Route 27, serving as a central hub for the Edison community. The center brings together a diverse mix of tenants, including a full-service grocery store, spa, multiple dining concepts, banking and financial services, medical offices, and a range of daily conveniences. Its thoughtful site planning and curated tenant mix create a welcoming environment and a distinctive shopping experience for visitors.
The latest development phase introduces a two-story, ground-up expansion totaling more than 22,000 square feet of additional retail and office space. Designed as a build-to-suit structure, the new building features two articulated wings that accommodate a variety of tenant types and support the continued growth and long-term vitality of Festival Plaza. The expansion strengthens the center’s position as a dynamic, community, focused retail destination.
