Strategic Project Advisors LLC provided Project Management services for Summit’s relocation to a 47,000 sf Warehouse and Office location in Carol Stream, IL. The warehouse space was outfitted with Shipping and Receiving Areas, Racking, Forklift Charging Stations, Conveyor System, Pallet Wrapping Station, and Compactor. The space was updated with new LED light fixtures, Wi-Fi, and life safety/exit signs. The office area consists of a Large Conference Room, Huddle Rooms, Private Offices, Open Office area, Break Room, and Restrooms, and received a refresh of interior finishes throughout. The project also entailed decommissioning and restoring Summit’s previous office and warehouse location in Bloomingdale, IL prior to Landlord turnover.
