Village Market

Project Description

The Village Market retail plaza consists of two main buildings (north and south) with a variety of retail, medical and office tenants. A portion of the south building was demolished to make room for a new freestanding Aldi grocery store built in its place. Strategic Project Advisors LLC was brought on to provide support to the property managers at CBRE in planning and coordinating updates and repairs to the existing buildings, monument sign, ramps and parking lot areas. Additionally, services were provided to assist CBRE with the coordination of the new Aldi building construction.
